Guangzhou Aiqimei Cosmetics Co., Ltd. specializes in the cosmetic-grade bioactive peptide sector. Backed by its in-house manufacturing base, the company has accumulated over 20 years of experience in peptide R&D and production. Focused on the technical research, large-scale production and customized services of cosmetic active peptide raw materials, we have gone through core synthesis process breakthroughs, full-chain production system establishment, comprehensive quality control standard upgrading and steady overseas market expansion. Our Factory
We operate a modern professional peptide manufacturing base with a total area of 25,000 square meters, including a 12,000-square-meter Class 100,000 GMP clean workshop as the core production area, along with independent R&D laboratories, a quality control and testing center, and dedicated raw material storage zones. The base employs 118 staff members, over half of whom are R&D technicians and quality control inspectors. Equipped with multiple GMP-standard production lines, we have a stable monthly output of over 30,000 bottles. Our production capacity covers lab-scale trials, pilot-scale amplification and large-scale industrial mass production, enabling us to flexibly fulfill stable delivery for orders of different volumes.

Our Certificate
We strictly follow GMP production management specifications to establish a full-process closed-loop quality control system, implementing a three-level inspection mechanism for raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products. Each batch of products is accompanied by a complete COA (Certificate of Analysis) report, which clearly marks core quality indicators such as purity, impurities and microorganisms. We also accept on-site third-party inspection, ensuring compliant and traceable product quality and providing reliable quality assurance for global cooperative customers.
Production Equipment
The factory is equipped with an integrated fully automatic solid-phase synthesis production line for bioactive peptides. The entire line is fitted with an automatic temperature and pH control system, covering core synthesis processes including amino acid feeding, solid-phase synthesis, crude product cleavage, chromatographic purification, desalting and concentration. It realizes fully enclosed automated production, effectively reduces quality fluctuations caused by manual intervention, and ensures parameter accuracy and process stability during peptide synthesis.
We are also equipped with a complete set of back-end production equipment including sterile filtration, vacuum freeze-drying and aseptic filling systems, which strictly meet the environmental standards of the Class 100,000 clean workshop. The equipment completes the whole process from concentrated peptide solution to finished powder and then to sterile packaging, supports production in multiple packaging specifications such as vials, and can flexibly adapt to diversified production scenarios of small-batch customization and large-batch mass production.
In addition, we are furnished with a full set of physical and chemical analysis and microbial testing equipment, which can cover purity testing, heavy metal verification and microbial indicator inspection at all stages: raw material incoming, semi-finished product transfer and finished product delivery. It provides hardware support for our three-level full-inspection quality control mechanism, ensuring measurable indicators and controllable quality for each batch of products, and achieving high consistency of quality between batches.

After order confirmation, we verify all production details and delivery requirements one by one and release the official production schedule. During production, we regularly send on-site photos to update the production progress at key nodes such as raw material feeding, intermediate product testing and packaging. Before shipment, we conduct 100% full inspection and standard export packaging. After delivery, we share the tracking number and continuously update logistics information, so that customers can clearly grasp the order status throughout the process.
We have dedicated after-sales specialists who follow up on logistics transportation and goods receipt throughout the process, and respond to customers' technical questions and after-sales demands within 24 hours. If the goods are damaged during transportation, customers can provide clear photos and video evidence within 48 hours after receiving the goods. We will quickly verify the situation and provide solutions such as re-delivery or partial refund according to the actual damage. Under the agreed storage conditions, with the product unopened and properly stored by the customer, if there are quality problems caused by production reasons such as substandard purity, excessive microorganisms or ingredient deterioration, we will provide free re-delivery or refund as warranty service.
