Under normal unopened and proper storage conditions, the product warranty period follows the marked shelf life; within the warranty period, we take full responsibility for confirmed factory production quality issues, and will initiate return, replacement, reissue or corresponding compensation procedures within 48 hours after confirming responsibility without prevarication or delay.

We adopt a clear and transparent payment process. Customers pay a 50% deposit after confirming order details and sealed samples, and we will then start raw material preparation and production scheduling. After mass production is completed and passes customer inspection, the remaining 50% balance is paid, and shipment will be arranged immediately upon receipt of payment.
